Canara Bank Debit card can be applied by using the official debit card request portal. You can use these steps to apply for Canara Bank Debit Card online-
- Visit the official website of Canara bank and click on the Apply for Debit Card button
- Now, you’ll be redirected to the debit card request portal where you’ll have to enter your details like Account Number and Aadhaar or PAN Card number
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number which you’ll have to enter
- Now, a semi-filled form will appear and you’ll have to fill the remaining field with details. You can also change your address if you’ve changed your resident address
- In the form, there are some important data that you’ll have to fill in carefully like Visa or Rupay type card, International or domestic card, address, etc.
- After filling in all the details, you’ll have to click on the submit button
- After clicking on the submit button, your request for the Canara Bank Debit Card has been accepted and you’ll now receive the debit card within 7 working days
- After receiving the card, you’ll have to generate a Debit card PIN by activating the Canara Bank Debit Card
How to Track the Canara Bank Debit card Application?
You can follow these steps to track your application for the Canara Bank Debit card application-
- Visit the official Canara Bank Debit Card portal and click on the track application status button
- Now, enter your account number or Invoice Number followed by filling the captcha followed by clicking on Proceed button
- After clicking on the proceed button, an OTP will be sent from your registered mobile number and you’ll have to enter the OTP in the given field
- After entering the OTP, you’ll see the application status on the screen

If you’ve lost your debit card, the first step is to get the debit card hotlisted. After hotlisting of the debit card, it won’t work and hence, it would make your account safe. Then you can apply for the new debit card using the official Canara Bank portal.
You can put your debit card in Hotlist by using various means which are as follows-
> Using the Canara bank Mobile Banking app where you’ll have to navigate to the Card services and click on the hotlist button
> Using Canara Bank Net Banking where you’ll have to navigate to the card services and click on the hotlist button

In case you’ve lost your debit card, then you’ll have to hotlist the card, after hotlisting, your debit card will be deactivated and no one will be able to use it thereafter. Then you’ll have to apply for a new debit card. In case, you’ve not hotlisted your card, then after activating your new debit card, the old card will be automatically deactivated.
