How to Apply for Canara Bank FASTag?
You can apply for the Canara Bank FASTag device using offline means only. The following are the step by step instructions on how to apply for Canara Bank FASTag-
- Visit the nearest Canara Bank premises
Visit the nearest Canara bank premises and ask the bank representative for the FASTag application form or you can download the application and take a printout of the application form
- Fill out the form with details
Now, fill the form with correct details like name, account number, vehicle details, etc.
- Attach the documents and submit it
After filling in the details, attach the documents mentioned below and submit the documents to the bank representative
- Wait for the application processing
After the submission is complete, the bank will review your application and provide you the confirmation for the processing
- FASTag device will be sent via post
After processing is complete, you’ll receive the Canara Bank FASTag device via post
- Install the FASTag device
After receiving your device, you can install the FASTag on your vehicle by removing the adhesive and sticking it on your vehicle’s windshield from inside of your vehicle so that the device is clearly visible from outside

No, currently, the bank only accepts offline applications from the FAStag. You’ll have to visit the bank branch and fill out the form to get your device.
