Learners License Driving Test is the first step that every driving license prospect must go take to acquire his or her permanent driving license. After getting this license, the aspirant can drive on Indian roads legally for 6 months or until the aspirant passes the permanent license test.

  • Visit the official website of RTO parivahan sarthi
  • Select your state from the drop-down list
  • Now a new window will appear with several options, choose “Apply for learner license” option
  • You will be redirected to a different page with three options, choose “Applicant does not hold Driving/ Learner License” option
  • Now from the provided list choose your area’s RTO office
  • A new window will appear where you have to insert your mobile number followed by generating OTP.
  • After validating the OTP, your application form will appear where you have to fill each and every column carefully
  • Now you have to upload the documents mentioned below which also include an image of your signature and a passport size photo
  • Now, pay the application fee and proceed further with your LL slot booking
  • You can choose anytime that you are comfortable with.
  • Now you have to visit your RTO office on the appointment date and give the test

The following are the eligibility criteria for Learner’s License test-

  • The aspirant must be a citizen of India with valid ID proof and resident proof.
  • The minimum age for applying for a driving license is 18 years old and He/she should be aware of traffic rules and regulations.

  • Self-Attested copy of proof of residence, age and education qualification- minimum 8th standard Pass (for transport vehicle’s license)

Learning License Online Application for E-Rikshaw

The applicant can apply for E-rikshaw using the offline method by visiting the nearest RTO office between the business hours and requires the form.

Now, the applicant must fill-up the form with care and submit the form along with the below-mentioned documents also make sure you pay the application fee as well. You can pay the application fee online and submit the payment receipt with the form and documents. You will be allotted time and date for the E-cart learner license test.
